Privacy Policy — BizSlip

BizSlip ("the App") is a business invoice, receipt, and cash voucher generator developed by MAH Technology ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how, so you can use it with confidence.

Summary: BizSlip does not collect, transmit, or store your business data on any server. All information you enter — company details, customer/employee details, items, amounts, logos, and signatures — stays on your own device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

BizSlip does not require an account, login, or registration. We do not collect, and have no access to:

Your name, email, phone number, or other personal identifiers
The business, customer, or employee data you type into invoices, receipts, or cash vouchers
Logos, signatures, or background images you upload within the App
Your location, contacts, or device identifiers

All documents you create are generated and stored locally on your device. We have no server that receives or stores this information.

2. Local (On-Device) Storage

The App uses your device/browser's local storage to save:

Favourite business profiles you choose to save (company name, address, contact details, logo) — so you don't have to retype them each time

This information never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage/data from your device settings, permanently deletes this information.

3. Permissions Used by the App

Internet access — used only to load fonts and the PDF-generation library needed to render and export your documents. No personal or business data is sent through these requests.
Photos / file access — used only when you choose to upload a logo or background image. The App does not browse, access, or upload any other files on your device.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or SMS.

4. Third-Party Services

To display fonts and generate PDF files, the App loads resources from the following third-party content delivery networks (CDNs):

Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com)
cdnjs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — for the PDF generation library

Loading these resources may expose standard technical information (such as your device's IP address and browser type) to these providers, as happens with any website or app that loads web content. This is standard network-level information and does not include any of your invoice, receipt, or voucher content. We do not use these services for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

BizSlip is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Data Security

Because your business data stays on your own device rather than on a server we control, the security of that data depends on your device's own security (screen lock, device encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

7. Your Choices

You can delete any saved business profile at any time from within the App.
You can erase all App data at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → BizSlip → Clear storage/data.
Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
